The River Runs Through It

$1,250.00
sold out

This piece depicts an aerial view of a section of the Wabash River, made on a custom steel loom using a mix of vintage, hand dyed, synthetic and handspun fibers.

Fiber art is a unique medium that requires many different fibers to be woven and tied together to create a cohesive work of art. Much like our community is made up of many different people from many walks of life, we all find ourselves tied together because of where we live and the community we create together. All pieces are needed, even the ones with frayed edges, or the ones that seem too large or small to incorporate; in the same way that all members of our community are needed to make Terre Haute a great place to live and work.

Measuring at 24”x36” and approximately 3 pounds.

Sure to make a huge impact in your living spaces or home art collection!
